Finanzbuchhalter/Alleinbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Anforderungen/Aufgaben:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte(r)

  • wünschenswert: Bilanzbuchhalter-Abschluss oder gleichwertig

  • wünschenswert: gute Kenntnisse im nationalen und internationalen Umsatzsteuerrecht sowie Bilanzierungskenntnisse

  • gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

  • gute DATEV-Kenntnisse

Aufgaben:

  • Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung mit DATEV mit folgenden Besonderheiten:

  • Anzahlungen national und international,

  • ggf. Erfassung der laufenden Sachverhalte in Fremdwährung,

  • Offene-Posten-Buchhaltung,

  • Anlagenbuchhaltung,

  • Kassenführung in EURO und Fremdwährung,

  • Monatliche Inventur mit Warenbestandserfassung und -korrektur,

  • Abstimmung und Klärung von Konten,

  • Erfassung der Reisekostenabrechnungen,

  • Erfassung der Kreditkartenabrechnungen,

  • Lohnbuchhaltung / Personalwesen

  • Erstellung des Monatsabschlusses mit Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung

  • Erstellung des Quartalsberichts für Kreditinstitute,

  • Kapitalflussrechnung (Cash-Flow), Ermittlung und Auswertung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen,

  • Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses mit Abstimmung aller Konten und ggf.
    Bildung von Rückstellungen,

  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs,

  • Mahnwesen

Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) 450-Euro-Basis

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Finanzbuchhalter
(m/w/d) auf 450- Euro-Basis für 1-2 Vormittage pro Woche.


Hierfür sind unbedingt DATEV-Kenntnisse erforderlich.

Mechatronics engineer

Requirements/tasks:

  • Instruction, commissioning, training on/of CNC - and conventional machine tools

  • Installation and integration of measuring systems, rotary tables and other optional components

  • Execution of repair and maintenance tasks (electronics and mechanics) on the machines - in-house, as well as on site at the customer

  • Project work in automation

Profile:

  • Completed vocational training as mechatronics engineer, preferably in the field of machine tools

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of machine tools

  • Experience in CNC application technology (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, Fanuc)

  • Knowledge of machining is an advantage

  • Advanced foreign language skills desirable

  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
