  • Description

    • The WF 500 CNC is equipped with HEIDENHAIN TNC 620TP or optionally with SIEMENS 828D CNC control. High-quality horizontal and vertical spindles are supported in SKF/NSK quality ball bearings for high accuracy.
    • Ball screw drive of accuracy class 3 in all axes for precise and dynamic feed with a rapid traverse in X/Y/Z axes 5,000 mm/min
    • Machine body made of Meehanite grey cast iron - for rock-solid rigidity and stability.
    • Table and vertical clamping surface are hardened and ground - for high load capacity precision.
    • Powerful 5.5 kW spindle motor - always provides sufficient power at the spindle cone.
    • Vertical and horizontal milling head ISO 40 / DIN 2080 with hydraulic tool clamping
    • The vertical spindle has 80 mm quill stroke and can be swivelled 90° on both sides.
    • Hi/Low speed setting 40 - 3,800 rpm - Gears with precision bevel gears made in Japan.
    • All guides are honed, hardened and Turcite®-B coated - for constant smooth motion and accuracy.
    • Z-axis servo motor - directly flanged to the ball screw drive via coupling. Safe and precise infeed.
    • Automatic central lubrication - adjustable in quantity, time or path interval.
