• Robust machine frame made of Meehanite GA 350 cast with rigid bed table. The cast structure is heat-treated and thermally stabilized.
• The 2500 mm long table rests on an extremely strong and stable base. Max. Table load - 1800kg. Work surface length - 2200 mm.
• Movable stand with high-precision linear guides in 3 axes, which guarantee rapid traverse speeds of up to 32m / min.
• The machine can optionally be equipped with glass scales for better positioning accuracy and contour repeatability of up to 0.005 mm.
• The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer, which is arranged on the side of the stand. The tool magazine lies in the abscissa axis - X and therefore outside the table work surface when changing tools. This design safely prevents possible collisions between the tool system and larger workpieces.
• The machine can optionally be equipped with a coolant supply through the spindle function (system pressure -20 bar (kgf / cm2)), which is particularly suitable for deep hole machining and ensures better surface quality and machining consistency.
• The machine is equipped with a 32-fold tool magazine as standard. The machine is optionally available with a 40-fold tool magazine.
• Milling spindle with a speed of 8000 min-1 in the basic configuration. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a P4Class precision spindle with ceramic bearings and a speed of 10,000 and 12,000 min-1 respectively - ideal for 3-D machining in mold making.
• Coolant filtration system with a mesh size of 0.02 mm; this prevents the penetration of dirt particles into the high pressure pump and prevents them from becoming clogged.
• Coolant supply around the spindle: 6 adjustable supply channels and capillary bores around the main spindle.
• The scope of delivery of the machine also includes a coolant spray gun and a compressed air gun for blowing off and blowing out the work area.
